This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of www.wonderhire.com website.

The domain name www.wonderhire.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website" or "Site") is owned by Aura Services Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at WZ- 33, Street 11, Main Road, Krishna Puri, Vikas Puri Extension, New Delhi - 110018, India (hereinafter referred to as "WONDERHIRE").

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, you shall be contracting with WonderHire and these terms and conditions including the policies, constitute your binding obligations with WonderHire.

WONDERHIRE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Site, terminate or suspend your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services if it believes in good faith that you have knowingly failed to comply with the above user registration terms of use.

Recruitment Policy

  • The ultimate decision on hiring of a candidate and completion of the recruitment process lies solely with the client, to be exercised at its discretion and in accordance with its policies.

  • The client shall be responsible for making work and other permits, arrangement for medical examinations and/or investigations into the medical history of any applicant, and satisfy any medical and other requirements or qualifications required by law.

  • WONDERHIRE shall not be liable for any inadequacies or inaccuracies in information (as provided to WonderHire by the client to be communicated to the potential candidates) as provided to or understood by the potential candidates.

  • WONDERHIRE shall not be liable for any inadequacies or inaccuracies in information (as provided to WonderHire by the candidate to be communicated to the potential employer) as provided to or understood by the potential employers.

  • WonderHire offers no guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all from the prospective employer, once the resume and any other relevant data is fed by the candidate. Neither does it guarantee nor offer any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization.

  • Uploading of multiple resumes beyond a reasonable limit by the same individual, using the same or different accounts shall entitle WonderHire to remove the Resumes without notice .This service is only meant for candidates looking for suitable jobs. Any usage with commercial intent is prohibited.

  • WonderHire reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the candidate without assigning any reason.

Service Eligibility

To be eligible to use the Service, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you: (1) are not currently restricted from the Services, or not otherwise prohibited from having a WonderHire account, (2) are not a competitor of WonderHire or are not using the Services for reasons that are in competition with WonderHire; (3) will only maintain one WonderHire account at any given time; (4) will use your real name and only provide accurate information to WonderHire; (5) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (6) will not violate any rights of WonderHire or third party, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights; and (7) agree to provide at your cost all equipment, software, mobile access, and internet access necessary to use the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless for all damages, losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) related to all third party claims, charges, and investigations, caused by (1) your failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third party rights or applicable laws, (2) any content you submit to the Services, and (3) any activity in which you engage on or through WonderHire.

Pricing

Prices, products and Services may change at the management's discretion.

Payment

If you purchase any services that we offer for a fee you agree to WonderHire storing your payment information. You also agree to pay the applicable fees as per the different plans as they become due plus all related taxes, and to reimburse us for all collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts. Failure to pay may result in the termination of your subscription. Depending on where you transact with us, the type of payment method used and where your payment method was issued, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, including because of exchange rates. Your obligation to pay fees continues through the end of the subscription period during which you cancel your subscription. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction. You also acknowledge that WonderHire's services are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms related to the provision of the Service. Additionally, if you require a printed invoice for your transaction with us, you may access it through our website request one by contacting our Customer Support.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

  • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or

  • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or

  • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

  • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.

Further:

  • You have specifically authorized WonderHire or its service providers to collect, process, facilitate and remit payments and / or the Transaction Price electronically to and from other Users in respect of transactions through Payment Facility. Your relationship with WonderHire is on a principal to principal basis and by accepting these Terms of Use you agree that WonderHire is an independent contractor for all purposes, and does not have control of or liability for the services that are listed on WonderHire's Website that are paid for by using the Payment Facility.

  • You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by WonderHire is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the WonderHire Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, WonderHire is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.

Refund

As per the norms, WonderHire currently does not refund the payments made for the services purchased. All payments are recorded according to the plans opted for. Once the credit points are exhausted, the plans can be renewed and upgraded. This policy is subject to change and exceptions may be made in some cases, depending upon the management's discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

In using this Site and its Services, you expressly understand and agree that:

  • The Site and the Services contained on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that use of the Site and Services is at your own risk.

  • WONDERHIRE disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether by express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

  • WONDERHIRE makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, quality or availability of service of any products, materials or services made available on the Site.

  • Any damage to your computer or loss of data that results from the use of the Site or Services, or from the download of any material will be your sole responsibility and is done at your own discretion.

  • No advice or information obtained from the Site or its Services, whether written or oral, shall create any warranty not expressly stated.

  • Further, WONDERHIRE makes no warranty or condition that:

    • The Services will meet your requirements.

    • The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

    • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

    • Any errors in the software will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, WONDERHIRE is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, data, electronically transmitted orders or other economic advantage (even if WONDERHIRE has been advised of the possibility of such damages), however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of, or related to:

  • The use or inability to use the Services;

  • The cost of procurement of substitute goods and Services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into though or from the Services;

  • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services or Site;

  • Any other matter relating to the Services, including content you may download, use, modify or distribute from the Site.

You have the sole responsibility for adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the Site and will not make a claim against WONDERHIRE for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of content.

You agree to hold WONDERHIRE harmless from, and you covenant not to take any legal action against WONDERHIRE for any claims based on using the Site, whether in contract (including fundamental breach), tort (including negligence) or otherwise except where WONDERHIRE is prevented by law from making such exclusions or limitations.

Because WONDERHIRE has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that WONDERHIRE is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that WONDERHIRE shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Collection of personal data

In general, you can visit WONDERHIRE websites without revealing your identity or any other information about yourself. In cases where personal information is sought, it would be used solely for the following purposes:

  • receiving further information from us or;

  • for recruitment, selection and development purposes by potential employers, managing recruitment and human resource processes and any related purpose where you have consented to the collection.

We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.
If we wish to use your personal data for any other purpose, we offer you the means to consent to this new purpose by indicating in a box at the point on the site where personal data is collected.

Log Files

Like most website providers, we analyse server log files to collect statistical information about how our web sites are used. This type of information is collected only at an aggregate level and includes browser types, Internet service providers, referring/exit pages, platform types, date/time stamps and other broad demographic data. Such data is not linked to personally identifiable information.

We protect the quality and integrity of your personally identifiable information and we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to do so.

Severability

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

Requests cannot be made by telephone or any other means.

Proof of Identity


Regardless of the original means of request (letter or email), WONDERHIRE will require proof of identity before releasing personal data. This may be provided in the following forms:

  • A paper copy of a bank statement, utility bill or other company letter sent to you, or;

  • A paper copy of your driving license, birth certificate, passport or benefits book.

Proof of identity should be signed and dated by you and sent to the address above with a stamped addressed envelope so that we can send the information that you have requested to you.

What we will send you

You will be sent a paper notification of:

  • Whether WONDERHIRE is processing personal data about you.

  • A description of the data and the purposes of processing the data. (WONDERHIRE does not disclose personal data to 3rd parties so this information will not be included).

  • An explanation of any codes or abbreviations used so as to make the notification intelligible.

  • If we can, information as to the sources of the data.

Period for Responding

Your request will be dealt with:

  • Within forty days of receipt of the request; or if later

  • Within forty days of receiving the fee and the information needed to verify your identity and locate the information that you seek.

Note: The period of 40 days in which the organisation must respond to the request will not commence until we have received written proof of your identity.

Your right to challenge

If at any time you wish to change personal information that is incorrect or wish to have your personal information deleted, please contact us in writing via the address below. Unless personal information is required to be retained by us for administrative or legal reasons, WONDERHIRE will meet such requests at the earliest possible opportunity by deleting or amending your personal information where appropriate.
