Based on our experience working as a traditional recruitment firm, we found that most companies’ service requirements can be broadly clubbed under 3 heads:

We have created 3 distinct kinds of features, to meet these requirements.

Self Serviced

This is a cost-effective alternative to established job boards. We provide both Job Posting and Curated Database Search, at a fraction of the usual cost. Both features can be self-driven by the employers and can be accessed 24x7. What’s more, we even give you free credit every month to run these features.

How it works:

Job Posting:

  • Step 1: Sign up and log into the employer dashboard
  • Step 2: Post a job in the Self – Serviced section
  • Step 3: Sit back and collect applications from interested candidates

Database Search:

  • Step 1: Sign up and log into the employer dashboard
  • Step 2: Select the relevant micro-databse in the Self – Serviced section
  • Step 3: Contact relevant candidates by phone or email.

You can choose to do both Job Post and Database Search simultaneously, in fact, we recommend it.

Semi Serviced

This option has been designed for the difficult to please audience – who require at least some human assistance but at a limited cost. Employers post jobs, we match resumes to these jobs. We do 2 kinds of resume screening - Paper and phone.

How it works:

Paper Screening:

  • Step 1: Sign up and log into the employer dashboard
  • Step 2: Post a job in the semi – serviced section and request paper screened resumes
  • Step 3: Our recruiter gets in touch on phone to agree on the number of resumes to be delivered and the expected TAT
  • Step 4: Receive resumes vetted by expert recruiters. However, we do not get an expression of interest from candidates.

Phone Screening:

  • Step 1: Sign up and log into the employer dashboard
  • Step 2: Post a job in the semi–serviced section and request phone screened resumes
  • Step 3: Our recruiter gets in touch on phone to agree on the number of resumes to be delivered and the expected TAT
  • Step 4: Receive resumes of vetted candidates who have also given an expression on interest on phone.

Fully Serviced

This option is for clients who are comfortable only with the traditional, contingent hiring models. It is an extension of these models, with the added advantage of a technology enabled platform to keep a track of all activity.

How it works:
  • Step 1: Contact us by phone/email and share your requirement
  • Step 2: We will assign you an account manager who will act as a SPOC.
  • Step 3: Agree on fee rates with your account manager and sign agreement
  • Step 4: Receive fully screened resumes.
  • Step 5: Fee collected on successful closure of position.

While these features are distinct, it does not mean an employer has to choose only one kind. We provide complete flexibility to our clients to pick and choose from various categories. All you need is sufficient credit points for the chosen category.
